KINGSTON, ON — Carleton travelled to meet Queen’s for their first rematch since Queen’s thrilling OT win in the 2014 playoffs.
The battle was a game of two halves. Led by the strong play of Brendan Zoehner, Alex Wright, Chris Boushy and Jordan Nanos, Queen’s used a six-goal second quarter to jump out 8-1 at half.
Carleton turned the game around in the second half, outscoring Queen’s 8-6 led by Noah Hoselton’s three goals. However, the Ravens could not get closer than three with Queen’s using their strong first half to cruise to a 14-9 win. The teams meet again in Ottawa next week.
