A busy Week 2 in CUFLA saw the Trent Excalibur remain perfect as they already approach the midway point of their season. Trent won three games to improve to 5-0. The
biggest win was their 10-9 come from behind win over McGill, which snapped the Redmen's CUFLA winning streak at 17 and ended McGill's CUFLA regular-season winning streak at 40.
Trent isn't alone among the ranks of the undefeated, though.
Brock beat Laurentian 13-7 then
hammered Guelph 16-6 to move to 3-0, good for first place in the West Division.

Two pairs of teams played their home and home season series in Week 2 and both series were split. Laurier beat Toronto 11-8 Friday before the Golden Hawks returned the favour with their own three-goal win, 12-9 on Sunday.
Queen's edged Nipissing 12-11 on Saturday but
Nipissing won the Sunday game convincingly, outscoring Queen's 11-6.
