Williams Makes the Wall

Before Team Canada, The Rochester Night hawks, NLL All- Stars and Inside lacrosse, Shawn Williams was a Brock Badger. Shawn lead a  talented Brock team to four straight championships. He also lead the Brock club to a legendary 10 -10 draw with the then #1 Nazareth College.  For those of us who were there, it was a defining moment for Canadian university lacrosse.

Shawn's selection to the hall of fame is a significant step toward  the recognition of our game that so many have been working for. Let's hope that this is just the first of many such jestures. While Shawn's honour represents the combined efforts of  so many, be assured we couldn't have a better choice.

Congratulations Shawn, for this and all your successes! This is a great acheivement for you , all the Badger alumni and CUFLA.
