2023 All Canadian honourees announced.

The defending Baggataway Cup champion Trent Excalibur led all teams with six Canadian University Field Lacrosse Association All-Canadians and also had a pair of honourable mentions among the players announced by CUFLA for the 2023 season based on voting by the league's teams. The Guelph Gryphons had the most All Canadians in the West Conference with five, while the Western Mustangs had a total of seven players honoured with four All Canadians and three honourable mentions.

East Conference

The Excalibur had All Canadians all over the field. Cole Hanrahan was among the three forwards named to the CUFLA East All Canadian squad, alongside Carleton's Jacob Gasperetti and McGill's Dylan James

Adam Hawrelak of the Excalibur is joined at midfield by Carleton's Jacob Garcia and Bryan Poetker from Queen's. Trent also has two of the three East All Canadian defenders in Curtis Conley and Ben MacDonnell, with that trio being rounded out by McGill's Logan Glick.

Trent players were voted All Canadian at both defensive specialist positions, with Nick Webb being named the top East Conference D middie and Chris Schell the LSM.

Carleton's Thomas Kiazyk was named East All-Canadian goalie while Hawkeye Hamilton of Queen's is the faceoff specialist.

West Conference

Western, which had one of the best defensive seasons in CUFLA history, pulled off the rare feat of sweeping a position on the conference All Canadian team. Chris da Silva, Chris Dong and Jacob Hickey of the Mustangs were voted the top three midfielders. The fourth Mustangs' All Canadian is attack Connor Murphy.

Guelph's contingent was led by a pair of attack joining Murphy; Gryphons' co-scoring leaders Robbie Baxter and Liam Aston were both voted All Canadian.

The Gryphons have two defenders on the West Conference squad. Nolan Schott and Jake Cook are joined on defence by AJ Skirving of McMaster. The Marauders terrific defensive season was also recognized with the selection of goalie Neel Cargill to the All Canadian team.
